Google Docs has opened its storage facility to many other file formats. Until now the door was open only to Office documents like text files, pdf, docs etc.

Anymore users can upload and store images, video, audio and even zipped files. This doesn’t mean that we will start uploading every video file in our desktop to Google Docs, the storage is limited to 1024 MB.

There are no restrictions on number of files to be uploaded, but individual file size should be less than 250 MB.
