SeaMonkey Project has announced end of support for SeaMonkey 1.x.
There will be no more security updates for series 1.x and the SeaMonkey team will focus more on latest version.
SeaMonkey 2.0.3 has been released with certain Security Updates. It is highly recommended to switch from previous version to the latest SeaMonkey version 2.0.3.
SeaMonkey 2.0.2 has been released as an update to fix certain security issues. It is highly recommended to switch to the latest SeaMonkey 2.0.2.
The issues regarding NTLM authentication has been fixed in the latest version.
Seamonkey 2.0.1 has been released with fixes for many known Security Issues. In SeaMonkey version 1.0, when users cleared Private Data, the passwords saved in Password Manager also got cleared, this issue has been fixed in the new version.
SeaMonkey is a browser which could be used for multiple tasks. It can be used as Desktop Email Client, Chat Program and composer to edit WebPages.
You can also install and use addons supported by Firefox.
But the only problem with SeaMonkey browser is to remove or uninstall addons. There are no options to uninstall SeaMonkey addons.
